No returns, refunds, or exchanges on customized or on sale items! 

Items that are eligible for returns, refunds, and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item. We will not accept any items that have been worn (other than try on) or visibly soiled.

Return shipping labels are to be paid by the customer or deducted from the refund or exchange amount.
